We are seeking a Brazer to assemble and join metal components using controlled heating processes and filler materials to create strong, leak-proof connections. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Prepare metal components for brazing operations
• Braze copper piping and metal components
• Inspect finished joints for quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Perform leak checks, pressure testing, and system evacuations
• Follow safety and quality standards

• Experience with brazing, welding, soldering, or metal fabrication preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs as needed
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Understanding of safety procedures related to heat and metalwork

Recently completed a welding, HVAC, pipefitting, fabrication, or related trade program? We'd love to speak with you. Candidates who have completed technical training and are looking to start their career will be considered, even if they do not have professional brazing experience.

This position is based in an indoor manufacturing facility. The environment can be warm due to the brazing process. Employees work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend every week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
