Hybrid 3 days onsite in Chicago, IL
Our client seeks a Copywriter who will craft clear, customer-focused messaging across print and digital channels. You will collaborate with creative and marketing partners, apply strategy and consumer insights to develop integrated campaigns, and deliver accurate work on deadline.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $35.00 to $42.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Write copy for print and digital channels, from headlines to user-friendly translations of complex content.
Brainstorm concepts and execute detail-oriented assignments.
Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, and brand and marketing strategists, as well as internal partners.
Use strategy and consumer insights to inform creative decisions and integrated thinking across channels, products, and audiences.
Advocate for processes that improve customer experiences and strengthen the brand.
Manage multiple deadlines, deliver error-free work, and apply best practices with attention to detail.
Listen to feedback, determine when to reuse or build new solutions, and present work persuasively.
Experience Requirements
Portfolio of creative work.
At least 2 years of copywriting or creative writing experience.
Experience in B2B, experiential, performance, or direct response marketing preferred.
Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or military experience.
