Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate problem resolution and improve service quality.
• Provide customers with detailed information on products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
