Womens Fashion Company is seeking a Logistics Manager Fulltime in NYC. Ideal candidate has current Fashion Apparel experience

70-110k DOE

Onsite 4 days a week

*open to Coordinator and Manager level

Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse coordination, inventory movement, and domestic and international shipping operations for a growing fashion brand. This role will serve as the primary liaison between warehouse partners, internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure products move accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations across warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and shipment tracking.
• Act as the senior point of contact for warehouse partners, resolving inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate international shipments, including required documentation, customs processes, duties, and carrier relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order data within the company’s ERP system.
• Partner with internal teams to forecast shipping needs, support product launches, and improve fulfillment timelines.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify operational risks, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and delays.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, 3PL providers, and vendors.
• Ensure logistics practices comply with applicable shipping, import/export, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience supporting a fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer goods brand.
• Demonstrated experience managing international shipping and import/export processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management workflows.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
