\n \nM Hudson Design is seeking an exceptional Senior Landscape Architect / Studio Leader to
\njoin our West Palm Beach studio at a meaningful point in the firm’s growth.
\n \nThis is not a conventional senior landscape architect role. It is an opportunity for a proven
\nluxury residential professional to help lead client relationships, presentations, projects, and
\nteam performance within an immersive, experiential design studio. The right person will
\nexpand the firm’s capacity, contribute from the start, and help shape what comes next.
\nWe are looking for someone with the confidence to represent the studio in front of
\ndiscerning luxury clients, the organization to manage multiple projects, and the natural
\nleadership to elevate a collaborative team. This is a selective invitation for a mature,

\n \nWhat You’ll Lead
\n \n• Front-line sales conversations with luxury residential clients.
\n• Client presentations and the clear, confident communication of design ideas.
\n• Client relationship management throughout the design process.
\n• Multiple luxury residential landscape design projects at once, with strong organization
\nand follow-through.
\n• Team leadership in a collaborative, high-performance studio environment.
\n• The disciplined coordination of client, project, and team priorities.
\nThis Role Is for You If…
\n• You have proven luxury residential landscape design experience and are ready to lead
\nat a higher level.
\n• You are comfortable being client-facing, presenting with confidence, and earning trust
\nwith luxury clients.
\n• You can sell projects through thoughtful communication, strong design judgment, and
\nprofessional presence.
\n• You lead naturally, hold yourself accountable, and bring out strong work in others.
\n• You are highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple active projects
\nwithout losing perspective.
\n• You value an entrepreneurial, respectful, fast-moving studio where growth and

\n• You want to contribute to immersive, experiential work built on serious landscape
\narchitecture fundamentals.
\nQualifications and Experience
\n• Five to nine years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
\n• Proven luxury residential landscape design experience is essential.
\n• South Florida luxury residential experience is strongly preferred; comparable luxury
\nresidential experience elsewhere will be considered.
\n• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead client presentations, and
\nsupport front-line sales.
\n• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects at once.
\n• Strong organizational skills, confident client presence, natural leadership ability, and
\nstrong luxury-client relationship skills.
\n• Florida Landscape Architecture License preferred, but not required.
\nCompensation and Benefits
\n• Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annually.
\n• Performance bonus.

\n \nThis is a local-only position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The successful candidate
\nmust be able to work in M Hudson Design’s West Palm Beach office. A hybrid work
